Held annually, this session provides a review of recent ACH Rule changes and a preview of the rules that will become effective in the coming year.  TCHPA encourages every payments professional whose responsibilities include ACH to attend this session each year. 

ACH Rule changes for 2022:

  • March 18 – Increasing the Same Day ACH Dollar Limit
  • June 30 – Supplementing Data Security Requirements (Phase 2)
  • September 30 – Third-Party Sender Roles and Responsibilities
